KIIT School of Management (KIIT Deemed to be University) is inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor in the management discipline.
Current Openings:
We sincerely seek resume from dedicated full-time faculty members in the following academic areas who can teach at least two or more subjects given in the bracket:
- Finance: (Quantitative Finance, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Derivatives, Fintech)
- Marketing: (Consumer Behavior, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing)
- IT: (Business Computing, ERP, IT for Managers, Excel Modelling, E-Business, MIS and Datamining)
- Operations: (Operation Research, MCDM, Design Thinking, Lean Manufacturing)
- Analytics: (Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Data Analysis using R/Python, SQL, Power BI, Predictive Modelling, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Neural Network Methods)
- OB & HR: (HRM, Performance Management System, Employee Relations)
Candidate Profile:
A candidate must exhibit a vigorous research potential and possess an impressive teaching record. Required qualifications include:
- Must have completed PhD from a reputed institution.
- A track record or potential for publishing in leading, peer-reviewed management journals.
- A proactive attitude to learn and contribute to enhancing KSoM’s reputation internationally.
Minimum Requirements for Positions:
Assistant Professor: A PhD with 0 to 6 years in teaching and research.
Associate Professor: A PhD with minimum of 8 years in teaching and research.
Full Professor: A PhD with minimum of 10 years in teaching and research with at least four years as an Associate Professor.
